13th Nov (Sat) - Colours & Strokes will be focusing on the runway

19th Nov (Fri) - There will be a runway rehearsal at the vanda room!

HELLO!

For those who miss out the meeting on Saturday, here are some important points to take note of:

- Our runway will be postponed, to either end of December or the second week of January. Please tell Melati or Kai if you have any strong objection against it or you cannot make it for dates.

- Trainings from next week onwards will be changed to 2 themes doing makeup and 2 themes doing catwalk to save time. More information will be sent by Kai. Artistes please inform your models if you are not coming to make up on them so that they don't have to wait for you.

- If any of you got lobangs for cheap t-shirts or ticketings, please tell us!!!

- THE MOST IMPORTANT THING: ARTISTES STOP BEING LATE! LATECOMERS WILL HAVE TO TREAT YOUR MODELS AND DONATE MONEY TO THE CLUB FUND OKAY!!!!

More information will be up after I received the minutes of the meeting.

HAPPY DEEPAVALI!

Enjoy the public holidays that don't come often in poly life, but REMEMBER, THERES TRAINING TMR ONCE AGAIN! :D

TMR, 9.30a.m. at clubhouse(to help carry the things)! Don't be late hor, Kai has been very strict on us nowadays :X! The most latecomer has to treat, so save your pocket by coming earlier okay!

We are really glad to have your help. We all know, there isn't many benefits for you all, but we are really happy all of you are committed and willing to help us make this runway successful! THANK YOU!

ANOTHER UPDATE! :D

A facebook event for SPMAC Runway Models Audition 2010 has been created. Please kindly "attend it", then share it on your page to publicize to more people!

For non SPMAC members who are interested in this event:

Ever dreamt of being a model? Now here's you chance!
Audition to become SPMAC's Model for our Runway 2010 in Nov 2010!

Guys and girls (even non-sp students) are welcome =)! For guys, you do not need to wear high heels =]

Date: 5 to 7 Oct
Time: 10Am to 3Pm Daily (First come first serve)
Venue : To be Confirmed

Criteria
• Minimum Height: 158cm
• Good Skin Complexion
• Able to walk in heels

Instructions for audition
1. Wear heels and dress comfortably but presentable, for the audition.
2. You may come for the audition in anytime between 10am – 3pm. It is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Terms & Conditions
1. Participants must fulfill all the criteria stated.
2. The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the criteria during the audition days. No complaint shall be entertained.
3. This is a school club event. No monetary benefits will be given to any participants. For Singapore Polytechnic students, CCA points are given.
4. Interested participants are encouraged to be able to commit fully during the month of October for trainings.

Training for Models (if you get thru)
Training days: 11 – 15th October
Venue: T11A Basement
Time: 10am – 3pm (21 models- 3 teams)
3pm – 7pm (14 models- 2 teams)

15th October- Artists choose which models to be in her team.

Apart from that, you have to be available on the sats in octobers. Apart from that, please contact the assigned artiste if you feel that you need more training.

We will be judgin you on your runway skills =D! Don't worry we will train you before the "exam"!

So, get ready to strut your stuff on the red carpet and show your thing!
